Great Craigslist Find.

Lately I have been disappointed with the LA Craigslist scene.  Because I have really had some amazing scores in the past!  BUT - tonight I cam across this mid-century modern, chrome, standing lamp and have put my faith back in the good CL.  The link is below.

A Glamorous Purple Sitting Area

What a lovely sitting area. This room was featured in Canadian House and Home. I love the geometric pillows and how all the different pillow fabric patterns mix well together since they are all in the same gray family. That bronze floor lamp is quite dramatic and adds a whimsical effect, as for the other table lamp, I love how the lilac lamp shade is high-glossed. Looks good.

Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams - Hot Picks

Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams have such a wonderful collection of furniture. Its quality, timeless, and they truly do have something for every style and taste. Here are some of my favorites, let me know what you think! A friend of mine has a a lounge sofa very similar to the one above, and we talked and drank beers on it for hours. It was so fun!

I'd love to see two of these ottomans paired together under a long buffet or at the foot of a bed.

I've been seeing this large, hang over the entire room lamp coming back -in a big way. (Does anyone know the name of this style lamp? Let me know if you do!!)

They truly are like works of art, as they hang over the room, give a nice glowing-light. These lamps are definitely statement pieces. Bold and sophisticated and claim the room of where the hot focus should be. On them!

I love this room for so many reasons... So Clean and airy! It's understated yet has some drama. That hang lamp is so drama!
