An Entry Way Solution. Do what they do!
If you are unsure of what to do with your entry/foyer - do what all interior designers do - and find a parsons desk and throw two small benches in super chic fabric underneath and you are good to go!

I've done the same thing in my hallway with two ceramic garden stools rather than benches. Form and function!

I've done it with one custom narrow desk and one long bench under it. I think it's the most simple,practical and beautiful idea :)
