Talk to the hand cuz.... creepy or cool?

Part of me thinks... 'Wow, These hands are really cool, lets string fun cocktail rings all over them.' And then the other part of me thinks.... 'Wow - those are really, freakin' creepy!!'  They are showing up every where, flea markets, antique malls, and now your Urban Outfitters is supplying.   Its the new trend.

These are vintage glove molds that were found at the Long Beach Flea market  a few weeks back.  

Urban Outfitters can make a rug sparkle....

In my opinion - if you are on a budget, and vintage shopping and flea markets aren't cutting it, Urban Outfitters is a great source.  I just came across this rug that has a sysal, woodsy look with rows of sequins sewn throughout.  Very cool.  Reminds me of a twist on the Moroccan Wedding Blanket.  I kinda want it for my kitchen or downstairs foyer.  Find it HERE.

Ruff Ruff Rufflin' it

I came across a lot of ruffles on the Urban Outfitters "Apartment" section, and I am totally digging it. They come in a wide range of colors which is nice too. I think this could be a cool way to play with texture/solids. What do you think?

Ombre Pillows at Urban Outfitters

I really like Ombre. I remember the first time I ever saw it was on the Prada Spring Runway.... it must've been 2006... I could be completely off, but anyway - I just love it. So, I saw these pillows at Urban Outfitters and thought they were pretty amazing. And great price $24 each.

Birdcage Lamp at Urban Outfitters

I want this!

I know, its nothing major, but I really want the gold cup. It looks like a soup can dipped in gold, and its at Urban Outfitters. It would be great as a pen cup on a desk, but I'd love 2 of them for my bathroom. One for my make up brushes, and the other for my toothbrush and tooth paste. So cute!

A Few Great Things at Urban Outfitters

I always enjoy going to Urban Outfitters for trendy clothing pieces, fun jewelry, and a great belt selection all with great prices, so of course their website's "apartment" section is equally as great. Here are a few pieces that caught my eye. Really cute and happy headboard. This would look fantastic with light grey walls behind it. Or possibly recovering?

I am really into ruffles. They have a few pieces similar at their sister store, Anthropologie.

Now, rugs you always have to see in person, it could look cheap - but its a 3'x5' rug, and I think this would be fantastic as a kitchen rug.
