Is this one bad ass nursery, or what?!
Interior designer, Nicole Lanteri knows how to make a baby's room cool.
The mix of materials include dashes of: mid century modern with plush and soft textures, black paired with pastels, a hint of animal print, piping, and specific furniture choices.
Another bonus: It would be impossible to get sick of this room, and it will be easy to transform when the baby grows up! Smart thinking.
I truly enjoy color schemes that comprises 3 or less colors. This is truly candy for the eyes.

A great color combination - grey and yellow are timeless and fresh! Given the amount of time I spent in the nursery, I sure wished I would have thought to be so stylish!

Great nursery. Cool design, cool colors not the expected pink and blue. Wish I had thought of that a few years ago...
ReplyDeleteLooks so stylish - especially loving the abacus on the wall and that yellow pouffe - its such a statement piece!

ReplyDeleteI always love seeing nurseries that aren't so 'baby', I don't understand plastering blue or pink everywhere!! This is definitely great inspiration!

Thanks Hallie so much for the mention!! I had so much fun designing this nursery...and thinking of all the different ways to repurpose some of the items in the nursery once baby is older. I just finished a design proposal for another nursery and will let you know how that one turns out in a few months!
ReplyDeleteLOVE LOVE LOVE this room!!!! Yellow is one of my favorite colors and this just caught my eye.
