A craigslist round up

Over the past several months - Craigslist in Los Angeles has kind of blown...  I rarely ever check things out because I've been sort of disappointed lately.  But - today I've found a few things that are kind of cool and made me do a little double take. 

How has Craigslist been for you?  Anything absolutely amazing that you have found?

Great Craigslist Find.

Lately I have been disappointed with the LA Craigslist scene.  Because I have really had some amazing scores in the past!  BUT - tonight I cam across this mid-century modern, chrome, standing lamp and have put my faith back in the good CL.  The link is below.

Remember the House Beautiful post I did on the picture below (see it here) Well -- I just came across these bad boys on Craigslist... in Long Beach - for $89 for the set of 4. They are super Adler chic and think they would be great to jazz up any room. My best friend has a set, and they are pretty unreal.

Craigslist LA has some AMAZING Bamboo Furniture

I love Craigslist just as much as the next person, but sometimes I get so frustrated with it. BUT, definitely not today. Check out these 3 awesome pieces. My search word to find these beauties was "vintage bamboo" and this is what came up. Wouldn't this entertainment center be amazing if it were re-finished in a high-gloss white and made a lavish bar out of it? I am in love with this dresser, and wish that I needed a dresser, because it is such a perfect price -- $100, and I have a great furniture painter who would charge around $300 to high-gloss paint this piece. Fantastic Craigslist Find Alert!!
If you live in the Los Angeles area and are looking for insanely stylish end tables -- these are it. Very Hollywood Regency, very glam! They look to be in gorgeous condition and the center top square is a marble insert. These would be great bedside tables or end tables in the living room. I wish I had a need for them.... At $95 for the pair (or best offer) how can you go wrong?

Craigslist Find! - Los Angeles
