And lets do it here..... under the gorgeous mid century chandelier, while sitting at those fab lucite chairs!

Well -- I just came across these bad boys on Craigslist... in Long Beach - for $89 for the set of 4. They are super Adler chic and think they would be great to jazz up any room. My best friend has a set, and they are pretty unreal.
Check them out here.

I think this dining set up is brilliant. Basically - the owner of this room fell in love with all these different chairs, so instead of choosing one set, she took a couple from each set and made it her own. You would think this would look shabby and messy - but this looks really cool. I love those big wing back chairs at the head. It really anchors it. Way cool.
I don't know if I could actually do this for my own living space, but I saw this picture of the breakfast room designed by Ruthie Somers and it made me do a double take, so I knew it would be worth blogging about. It is a pretty interesting room with the black and white walls and the all different candy-colored chairs. The chairs itself are beautiful, and the colors are so happy. It just made me look and examine it a little more. My absolute favorite thing though about it is the chinios-bamboo style chandelier in high-gloss white. Now, that I love!
I am loving this breakfast area. This is a lot more mid-century modern than my usual taste, but I am just sooo drawn to so many different things.

This room fascinates me, it's not really my style, but I totally can appreciate it. It's an older picture from the glory days of Domino. It's so clean and crisp - yet still has depth without using an ounce of color. Its got that sleek vibe with the Ghost chairs and the glass table, and the softness coming from the candelabra, the leaning ornate mirror, and the decorative chandelier. The glass skylight really adds to it exposing the brick from the outside.

I am dying for this fabric! I would love to either cover my two high back accent chairs from my living room (that have yet to be covered in the past 5 months of owning them since I can't make a decision) or.... cover my dining chairs with them.
I saw this image at Shoebox Decor and fell in love with the chairs. But now that I really take a better peak I am just loving the whole set up! Stunning
