From the personal file... Dream Bedroom Look.

I just saw this bedroom picture over at The Decorista and had to add this to "My personal file"

This is exactly what I want for my bedroom.... I have the headboard and white bedding, but I gotta work on the bedding and x-benches.

From the personal file... I AM IN LOVE

I recently came across these images over at Jennifer.Nicole (a fantastic blog if you haven't seen it already!) and I completely fell in love.  This is 100% the look and feel that I want and currntly trying to achieve.  Gorgeous, rich, prints, layers, grey, pops of ikat color... every detail I want.

Mix in a lime and leather tufting

I think what makes interior design so wonderful are the unexpected surprises.
And... here is the perfect example!

PS - I kinda dig that this bed doesn't have a duvet on it, but a simple, bright blanket.

From the personal file....

This room has a thousand elements I just love:
1. x-benches
2. that chinois feel meets boho casual beachy-fantastic-ness
3. those end tables
4. the bed skirt tying in perfectly with the fabric of the headboard.
5. the headboard
6. the clean white bedding
7. the casual striped rug -- probably from Dash and Albert
Love!

All About Pink! Breast Cancer Awareness!

Love everything about this room! The gorgeous sofa with those stunning and rich pillows. What a great color palette. The gold coffee table is amazing, and the accent yellow chair is just divine. Then you have the gorgeous x-bench in that killer suzani-esque print which adds a fun flair to the room. Then, the console table with the pair of lamps.... Yummy!!

Interior Designer Crush - Meg Braff

After checking out a gallery from House Beautiful's website, I learned about Interior Designer, Meg Braff and she is amazing. Her style has lots of classic lines to it with punches of color. Braff is based out of New York City, but grew up in Mississippi - giving her that Southern charm that can be reflected in her designs. http://www.megbraff.com/

I absolutely love this room!!! Those x-benches and the small hints of turquoise are exquisite!

I just adore a bamboo card table.

Perfect Summer Beach House Dreamy!

The lattice detailed wallpaper is such a beautiful backdrop here.
