A great rug source.

LL Bean might be known for their camping gear and monogrammed canvas tote bags - but they can also put a feather in their cap for their beautiful braided rug selection.  The rugs come in great color options and look rich and vibrant, the rectangle shaped rugs are my personal faves.

A bit of turquoise paired with the an ice grey sofa, yellow floral wallpaper, stunning crown molding, a chic sheep, and fur pillows means only one thing to me...

A Budget Friendly Rug Source.

Rugs can be extremely pricey and they really do make such a difference in a room. My bedroom rug I ended up getting cut at a carpet store, and then the one in my living room is a cowhide rug and I love it.

If you are looking for something, bright, cheery, boho, fun - I have the spot for you! World Market! Here are some of my faves (at a price you wont have to flinch. Also - they have a great return policy - so if you are unhappy with it - you can bring it right back with no stress.

Beautiful Rug - Flea Market Find

I was going through pictures I had uploaded a while back, and can't believe I never posted this image. This is from the Long Beach Flea Market. I would absolutely love to have a rug like this one. I have a khaki sofa with these beautiful dark wood feet that would sit so nicely on this rug. It's very boho. I dig it.

A Neat Accent Chair

Pretty neat accent chair and sitting spot.
1. Love the tufting and nail head details, as well as the actual shape of the chair.
2. The Madeleine Weinreb rug is pretty fantastic.
3. Love the pop of red with the garden stool.
4. The pharmacy lamp adds an element of antique-y, making it stand out even more, since its not on the funky page.
5. The black bench with the striped pillow
6. The dark wood floors arae beautiful.

Lovely.

All About Pink! Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

How amazing is this pink, leopard print rug designed by Dash & Albert? I think this would be magnificent in a girl's bedroom, or a fun living room or den. It's cheery, peppy, and should make you feel tickled pink! Love it. www.horchow.com

A Few Great Things at Urban Outfitters

I always enjoy going to Urban Outfitters for trendy clothing pieces, fun jewelry, and a great belt selection all with great prices, so of course their website's "apartment" section is equally as great. Here are a few pieces that caught my eye. Really cute and happy headboard. This would look fantastic with light grey walls behind it. Or possibly recovering?
I am really into ruffles. They have a few pieces similar at their sister store, Anthropologie.

Now, rugs you always have to see in person, it could look cheap - but its a 3'x5' rug, and I think this would be fantastic as a kitchen rug.

I Like This Rug

Isn't this rug pretty? It's from High Fashion Home, I just had to post it. It really would look awesome in my dining room under my bamboo table and chairs. It also comes in multiple sizes. www.highfashionhome.com

A Room With Glamorous Elements

Isn't this breakfast nook/dining area pretty fab? It has so many glamorous touches without being over-the-top.
1. I HEART the area rug. If anyone has seen this image before and knows who designs this rug, please let me know immediately. I love the geometric pattern and the neutral palette with the pops of gold.
2. The chandelier is fierce. It has so much drama and is such a show stopper. It's pretty amazing.
3. The mid-century modern furniture. The very clean lines of the table and straight-forwardness of the chairs which works perfectly against the more adventurous pieces of the rug, lighting source, and screen.
4. The screen. Love that. These mini screen panels separate the area to give the room its one space. It's dramatic, and gorgeous.
